One key insight we discovered was that most people don’t pay attention to their water supply – until it stops. This made the majority of Novafos’ customer touchpoints negative: they communicated effectively when water was unavailable, but 99% of the time, when water was working perfectly, there was no communication. To address this, we created Postfos, a biannual magazine, and an annual calendar. The calendar targets working families, the audience Novafos hopes they can find their future engineers in, while the magazine shares stories from employees and highlights Novafos’ efforts to protect the environment and ensure water safety in an increasingly complex future.
